from www.browardpalmbeach.com – Yes, porn stars and chihuahuas do mix. That was the message Friday night at Off The Hookah in West Palm Beach, where infamous skin flick king Ron Jeremy spent the evening snuggling with some extraordinarily well-dressed pooches.

The occasion was a dog fashion show billed as “Porn stars for Puppies: The Most Amusing Charity Event of 2010,” benefiting the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

Ryan Garson, owner of the Palm Beach Puppies pet store and boutique, organized the fashion show and served as M.C. He watched as chihuahuas, golden retrievers, boxers, and even a St. Bernard paraded down the runway at the club sporting Dolphins jerseys, couture dresses, and diamond collars.

Garson kept up a lively banter about the dogs, while Jeremy posed questions to the models who accompanied them. Most of the animals performed well, Garson says, except his pup, who “froze” and refused to saunter.

Garson’s mother also attended the show, which led to one of the more uncomfortable moments of the night.

“Ron Jeremy was flirting with my mom,” Garson says. “I feel awkward right now.”
