The actor’s lawyer has sent Vivid Entertainment a letter of warning over the BRITTNEY JONES blue movie.
He’s incensed over a press release for the video, which reads: “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”

DEMI MOORE’s husband was dragged into the spotlight in September when Brittney claimed she’d slept with the star in his marital home.
He vehemently denied her allegations, writing them off as “fiction”.
Ashton’s aides have threatened to take Vivid to court if they continue to associate his name with the X-rated flick.
A rep for the firm confirmed: “We received the letter late this afternoon and I immediately forwarded it to my attorney. We will respond accordingly.”
