from www.blogs.citypages.com – Nobody got hurt, but it’s safe to say that Terry Allen Lester had some explosive sex in mind when he was wrapping Christmas presents for an ex-girlfriend in December.

Waseca police say he turned a sex toy into a bomb with gun powder, BB shot and buck shot from shotgun shells, all attached to a trigger with a battery port.

Thirty-seven-year-old Lester’s handiwork was discovered after he’d been kicked out of another woman’s apartment by the landlord. He left behind some bags, one of which held a container marked “Christmas Gifts.”

Lester had let slip to the woman and her roommate that he was up to no good, so they called the cops. Two hours later, the Bloomington PD bomb squad arrived with an X-ray machine.

Now he’s been charged with felony creation and possession of an explosive or incendiary device and felony terroristic threats. He faces a stiff stay behind bars if he’s found guilty: 10 years imprisonment and a $20,000 fine if convicted.
