from www.kfbb.com – The Cascade County Sheriff’s Office reports that an ARAMARK employee had a sexual relationship with an inmate while working in food service at the detention center.

According to a media release sent by Commander Dan O’Fallon, the information was first obtained from ARAMARK’s own internal investigation.

He says the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office followed up with their own investigation and arrested Becky Pfeifle, an ARAMARK food service employee.

She is charged with five counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
Montana law says inmates are unable to consent to sexual intercourse.
