from www.nydailynews.com – One of the lusty ladies of Horndog High wants her job back – and says a surveillance tape would shred claims that she was in a steamy lesbian romp with another teacher.

Alini Brito [picture right], who was sacked over an alleged classroom tryst with Cindy Mauro at James Madison High School, Tuesday filed court papers claiming a state arbitrator’s report is a raunchy piece of fiction that relied on claims from witnesses with very vivid imaginations.

“A fish turned into a whale because of the nature of these allegations,” said Michael Valentine, a lawyer for the classroom cutie. “Overblown, this is overblown!”

Brito, 30, lost her job last week following the release of a report that said she was topless while a naked Mauro kneeled between her legs.

The report said Mauro lured the sexy Spanish teacher – who has diabetes – away from a student song-and-dance competition by saying, “I have sugar and candy in my room.”

Brito was actually getting candy and sugar from Mauro to treat her medical condition, Valentine said.

“She denies to this day that she was in any state of undress,” he said. “There were no shenanigans.”

The fallout from the sex scandal – which the Daily News first reported last year – turned Brito into a national punchline, with the suit saying she continues to suffer from “ridicule and notoriety.”

“She is not doing what she does best,” Valentine said. “She is devastated that she lost her job.”

The complaint, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, claims a now-destroyed surveillance tape would show that witnesses who supposedly saw the schoolhouse sex never even opened the door to the classroom.

“The chief witness that led to all this talk about lesbian sex and all that wasn’t even recorded opening the door,” Valentine said.

A Department of Education spokeswoman was not immediately available for comment.
