from www.tmz.com – Janine Lindemulder, ex-wife of Jesse James, has posted bail and been released from jail in Austin, TX … TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Janine was busted yesterday on three outstanding warrants for harassment … after Jesse turned over a series of threatening emails and voicemails Janine had left for him.

She is due back in court March 11.

from www.mysanantonio.com – Adult film star Janine Lindemulder, 42, was arrested Saturday outside Austin by deputy sheriffs on harassment charges, according to the Hays County Sheriff’s Office.

Lindemulder, also known as Janine Marie James, is a former Penthouse magazine Pet and adult film actor who shares a child with former husband Jesse James, founder of West Coast Choppers.

She was taken into custody in the morning on three outstanding harassment warrants, each a Class B misdemeanor, a news release stated.
Hays County officials did not provide information on the circumstances involving her arrest, such as who filed the original complaint, and whether or not she has been released. Calls to the county sheriff’s department were not returned.

TMZ, the celebrity news site, reported that Lindemulder would not be able to see a judge until today. The website said the porn star was taken in on a warrant for harassing James “in a series of ‘abusive’ phone messages.”
James claimed Lindemulder placed “chronic harassing telephone calls to all hours of the day and night,” according to legal records cited by TMZ.

He said he has received 300 calls just in the time since he moved to Texas, as reported by the celeb site. In the documents, James also said the calls became “so harassing, abusive and bad” that he turned over several messages to the Austin Police Department.

Lindemulder’s attorney told TMZ he was unaware of the arrest but that she had made the phone calls “out of frustration because he did not let her see or speak to her daughter for months.”

The adult film actor was married to James in 2002, but they divorced the next year. Their marriage was documented in the Discovery Channel special “Motorcycle Mania 3.” He later married and divorced actress and Austin resident Sandra Bullock.

In December 2008, Lindenmulder was sentenced to six months in federal prison for income tax evasion. She also was arrested on suspicion of assaulting James at their California home before their divorce.

After she was arrested Saturday, Lindemulder’s truck was towed away, TMZ reported.
