Holland, MI — from www.hollandsentinel.com – A jury is in deliberation in a rape case in which two men are accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl while she was passed out last summer.

Jordan Paris and Sage Lewis [pictured left and right], both 19, face two counts each of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct for the June 29 assaults.

Closing arguments in their trial ended Friday afternoon in Ottawa County Circuit Court.

Paris’ father, Kelly Paris, pleaded guilty in December to six counts for his role in the rape. He was sentenced to 12 to 20 years in prison.

Police said the girl passed out after consuming a couple of drinks. She awoke several times to allegedly find different men raping her each time.

Kelly Paris videotaped the assaults, which police used as evidence in the case.
