CINCINNATI – from www.wlwt.com – – Downtown Cincinnati now has two Hustler Hollywood stores, but different Flynts in charge.

Publisher Larry Flynt began refurbishing an abandoned Seventh Street restaurant last summer to open a new store four blocks away from his brother Jimmy Flynt’s Elm Street store.

The brothers have been fighting each other in business and in the courts for the last few years. Jimmy Flynt’s store has been open for more than a decade.

Larry Flynt said last year that his daughter would likely operate the new store.

The Flynts were battling in court over the use of the Hustler name last fall when Jimmy Flynt dropped his claims.

The new store opened on March 18, but will have a grand opening
