SAN ANTONIO — from www.woai.com – Court documents have revealed new details in the case of South San Independent School District’s Athletic Director, who is accused of watching pornography on his computer at work.

Back in 2009, Gary Durbon [pictured] was accused of using his office computer to access porn. Durbon denied those allegations and filed a defamation suit against two board members. But new affidavits filed in the case state employees and a San Antonio Police Department detective found Durbon was visiting pornographic sites and that some workers tried to cover it up.

Durbon is also the son of South San ISD superintendent Ron Durbon. Now school board members say they may launch a new investigation.

“Attorneys have presented the board with the affidavits that are in question,” explained South San ISD Board President Connie Prado. “And of course, with his conduct in meetings, and because we were addressing his evaluation last night, I think the board has decided to take a step back. Let’s review the documents, review the affidavits, and then decide which way we should proceed with the evaluation.”

If the board moves forward with an investigation, Gary Durbon could be placed on suspension, and the findings could play a roll in Superintendent Ron Durban’s evaluation.
