DAYTON, Ohio – from www.whiotv.com – Three dancers accused of illegally committing sexually oriented acts at a Dayton bar have pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges.

The women are accused of breaking Ohio’s adult Entertainment laws in front of undercover officers during an event called “Butt Naked Tuesday.”

Now, Tuesday will be different at the Fox 2 Club on James H. McGee Blvd. . The bar owners said what happened there Tuesday night will never happen again.

Steven Ross said, “We are working hard on our image to keep it good.”

When three dancers were arrested during an event that police records call “Butt Naked Tuesday,” owner David Johnson said, “No. This is over.”

The owners were outraged.

“We had dancers in here that were supposed to be fully clothed. Everybody in here was of age,” said Ross.

Dayton police initially came here to the bar to investigate a report of underage prostitution. They didn’t find that. However, they did find several women allegedly breaking Ohio’s adult entertainment laws.

Police reports said the women were exposing their breasts, simulating sex acts on customers, and performing sex acts on each other.

Neither the manager or the owner were working the night the undercover officers visited the club.

David Johnson said, “We never knew that they was going over the line.”

Steven Ross said, “We had no idea that anything was going on illegally in here. None.”

The dancers were working through a promoter who is no longer with the club.

So now, the managers said the only dancers here will be customers on the dance floor.
