from www.gather.com – A young runaway’s mother is suing a pornographic movie producer in Florida. The underage porn star’s mom says the company exploited her 15-year-old daughter and should pay her damages in excess of $150,000.
Chances are, Sherrita Smalley might not recover any damages from her daughter’s sexcapades while working with Reality Kings because it appears that she knew exactly what she was doing after she left home.
The young aspiring star, whose real name is Charrida Smalley, starred in the film “Cum Fiesta,” under the stage name of Sweet Bieyanka.
Apparently, the young Ms. Smalley ran away from her Florida home, met and befriended a young stripper in Nevada, stole an invalid I.D. from her and managed to finagle a valid driver’s license under her assumed name.
She then got a copy of the social security number of Tyler Chanel Evans, the identity she had stolen, and walked onto the set of a pornography studio looking for work.
Reality Kings attorneys have asked the court to dismiss the charges because according to their records, Charrida provided all the documentation required in order to become a sex industry worker.
Needless to say, the elder Ms. Smalley may not have much of a case, and Charrida could be in a heap of trouble for stealing her former friend’s identity.
In fact, the FBI is currently looking into the situation because it’s speculated that she couldn’t have orchestrated such an elaborate scheme on her own. Was she lured by someone who promised her fame and fortune?
The mother’s attorney, Mark Glassman had this to say about case: “This is a lot more complex than she showed up and got in a movie. A 15-year-old did not orchestrate this alone.”
And so, with the young Ms. Smalley in FBI custody, authorities are looking over this case with a fine-tooth comb, as they should.
The worst part of this case is the unsuspecting gentleman who performed with her in her debut movie. Under Florida law, it doesn’t matter if you’re unaware of a minor’s underage status. You can still be charged with statutory rape.
Let’s hope the FBI will get to the bottom of this, and discover whether Ms. Charrida Smalley acted completely on her own, or with an unknown accomplice.
