from www.wsbt.com – A shocking attack on an elderly woman outside a posh Upper East side building – just a block away from the Metropolitan Museum of Art – left many residents unnerved Monday and has now prompted a hunt for a suspect.

According to published reports, an 85-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in the doorway of the building near E. 83rd St. and Madison Avenue Monday at around 6:30 a.m.

Sources tell the New York Daily News, the woman was grabbed by the suspect, pushed into a doorway where she was robbed of a ring and then forced to perform oral sex on the suspect.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, with tatties on both arms. Police are still working on a better description of the suspect who remains on the loose.
