“His voice was very creepy and I’ll never forget that voice,” the prostitute and alleged sex assault victim said of James Schlau, who is on trial for two sex assaults and the rape of three Bronx prostitutes.

“It scared me and started making me get chills all over my body,” the first victim testified.

“‘Open your legs or I’ll cut your p—-,’” the woman told jurors he threatened.

The petite 23-year-old told jurors she recognized the predator’s voice less than two weeks later, when she was in the 41st Precinct on a summons for disorderly conduct and Schlau was there after being picked up on a weapons charge after another alleged hooker rape.

Schlau stared at the woman as she testified, and occasionally whispered to his attorney.

The 47-year-old, who works for a bus shelter cleaning company based in Glen Oaks, Queens, is accused of three violent sex attacks in the Bronx on April 18, June 16 and June 28, 2010.

He was locked up in Minnesota in 1998 for the violent sexual assault of a stranger and reincarcerated after a 2005 capture for fleeing a brief release with “intense supervision.” He was freed again in 2007 and is registered in New York as a violent sex offender.
