(WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA) — JASON SECHREST, porn news and gossip guru, has been added to the cast of “Wet Palms,” a project from Jet Set Productions and NakedSword.com that promises to be the dirtiest gay soap opera ever. SECHREST will play a charicature of himself, poking fun at his dalliances with gay porn stars as well as his nose being in everyone’s business. “I’m the Gladys Kravitz of the show,” laughs SECHREST. “The script captures what being a beautiful gay man living in West Hollywood is really like and I don’t think that’s ever been done before. It’s a fascinating lifestyle.” In explaining the title of the project, SECHREST says, “Wet Palms is a clothing-optional resort in West Hollywood that boasts low rent and high drama. The scripts read like daytime soap operas.” SECHREST knows West Hollywood well. Aside from having his home and office based out of WeHo, he is also a local celeb as the host of the only weekly gay porn event at a nightclub anywhere in the world, “Cocktails with the Stars,” held at Micky’s on Santa Monica Blvd. every Thursday evening from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. But what SECHREST says he’s most excited about is the cast, a lineup of the hottest gay adult superstars working today. “I feel really at home with this cast. Brad Benton, Bret Wolfe, Rod Barry… these are all people who I consider my friends. Ethan Marc is one of the few gay porn stars I haven’t met who I’ve been lusting after since I was 19 so there’s a lot of nervous anxiety about meeting him.
