Delaware- A naked man allegedly dancing around with a woman’s bra and panties on his head on the shoulder of I-95 has been arrested.

Delaware State Police arrested 34-year-old Ronald Krischbaum of New Castle after getting a flurry of phone calls from passing motorists.

Trooper David Myers drove up in his marked police cruiser to investigate the reported roadside peep show, near the service area in Newark.

As he did, the trooper realized that it wasn’t exactly a mask the naked man was using as a disguise.

Police spokesman Captain Tim Winstead says Krischbaum wore the bra and panties … and sneakers.

Police say Krischbaum took off when he saw the trooper but was captured nearby.

He was charged with one count each of misdemeanor indecent exposure, lewdness and resisting arrest. He was released on 12-hundred dollars bail.
