from www.nydailynews.com – One of the Miss America’s pageant’s sponsors is doing more than pushing cash for the renowned beauty contest – he’s also a porn star and the creator of since-shuttered multi-faith website devoted to prayer, RadarOnline reports.

Ric Alonso launched PrayersOnTheWeb.com in 2000, but the site no longer exists; the three hardcore websites he owns and runs still do, however.

“As you can see, I’m your average middle aged gay man who likes to have fun with hot guys of all ages,” he wrote on one of the sites.

“One thing I strive for is that we all have fun while having sex.”

The Southern California Scholarship Association named Alonso the first of its major donors in 2001.

The nonprofit produces Miss Hollywood, the pageant that is an official preliminary to both Miss California and Miss America.

Alonso’s partner, Ernie Koneck, is also involved with the organization, serving as Executive Director.

“I really love the 14 or so years I’ve been involved with Miss America at the local and state level,” Koneck wrote on his Facebook page.

“And love seeing what involvement in the program can do for the participants.”

Alonso and Koeck also own the web design company that designed the Miss California site, RadarOnline reported.
