Shelley Lubben’s probably more famous now than she’s ever been as an active performer. Lubben is the Executive Director of the faith-based Pink Cross Foundation, and the goal of that organization is to assist wayward girls who’ve been damaged by the big, bad porn industry. Or so they claim.

Industry gadfly Lubben entered the business at the time she was working actively as a prostitute. And during the course, she contracted herpes and HPV, which led to cervical cancer. During and after her life in the sex industry, Lubben also battled alcohol and drug addictions.

In her re-invention, Lubben’s been preaching that the type of sex acts women do on screen are both physically and psychologically harmful.
