Looks like General Stone and Sinister X will be questions in the next porn trivia contest.
Rob Black who used those names to direct a variety of porn parodies this past year such as Taxi Driver, Rezervoir Doggs and Iron Man XXX is now officially launching Rob Black Productions.
Come January Black also launches the Extreme Entertainment Network.
Black, who retained rights to his Extreme Associates library and its 400 titles, will be repackaging those titles and brings on board Sandee Johnson, aka Careena Collins, to be his sales manager for the line which he’ll independently distribute.
“We’re running it as its own entity,” Black told www.xbiz.com.
“We’ll be releasing the [Extreme] catalog and some of the classics again showing the old school way. We’ll be doing the return of ‘Cock Smokers,’ real basic stuff that we did, all under the Rob Black Productions banner.”
The Extreme Entertainment Network, said Black, will be his own adult channel available on Roku, Google TV and Boxee.
Black thinks the next big wave is already happening with streaming video.
“We’re going to revolution the streaming and bring a form of entertainment to that,” Black told XBiz.
“We have original content, I have a talk show and reality show we’re starting called ‘The Life of Rob Black’ which will be following me around.”
Black will also produce some softer, “Maxim-style stuff” that is sexy, but not hardcore for the Extreme Entertainment Network.
Black just recently announced a deal with Axel Braun in which he’ll direct a new slate of movies that will be released by Braun’s namesake production company.
