FORT WAYNE, Ind. from www.wane.com – The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office charged a man Wednesday with battery and strangulation after an incident with porn star and Fort Wayne native, Rachel Oberlin, known professionally as Bree Olson.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed in Allen Superior Court, Oberlin, who was once involved with actor, Charlie Sheen, told police the incident started with an argument between her and Johnathan R. Underwood, 27, when they arrived at her home on January 12.

Oberlin said during the course of the argument, Underwood pushed her up against a car and grabbed her around the neck, so much so that she could not breathe and almost passed out. He then let her go and left the area.

Police later found him at his apartment and took him into custody.

Underwood allegedly told Fort Wayne police that Oberlin was hitting him and he ‘just lost it’ and pushed her against the car and grabbed her neck in an effort to get her to stop.

Responding officers said they took photos of Oberlin’s injuries, which were a cut on the top or her right hand, finger marks around her neck and a black right eye. Police said Underwood did not have any visible injuries or complaints of pain.

Underwood is scheduled for an initial hearing in Allen Superior Court on Monday, January 23.
