Barcelona – The organizers of the Galaxy Awards have created the start of a new event that will bring together the key players of the adult online industry. This year’s event will take place in Barcelona, Spain between the 19th and the 26th of April.

Galaxy Week will be the base for the second edition of these awards. Last year’s awards were celebrated entirely through the virtual world online. But 2012 will bring us for the first time the Galaxy Awards live in Spain. This will give us the opportunity to meet the main characters of the industry and the vast online content there is to offer.

The awards will be held from on the 20th of April in the Banquet halls of the Hotel Eurostars Gran Marina. Galaxy Week will be offering many different activities throughout the week.

The opening of Galaxy Week will take place along with Next Porn, a reunion for professionals of the industry. This event will include chats, round tables and networking that will have a special feature focusing on the Spanish speaking market.

After the celebration of Next Porn and the presentation of The Galaxy Awards, the 21st and the 22nd of April, you can participate in The Galaxy Fun Meeting, which is an event that will consist of playful activities, like its name suggests.

The objective of Galaxy Fun Meeting is to offer the international company representatives that have received the Awards, the opportunity to explore new roads of business with other leaders of the industry in a fun and festive environment.

Galaxy Fun Meeting wants to accommodate performers as well as the webmaster, producers and Affiliate Managers.

“This industry has experienced many changes in the last few years. Now, the roll of producer is represented by performers that have gone over to the other side of the camera or by the webmasters that have chosen to create their own content instead of just promoting it.
