Have you ever wanted to ask a former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star why she got naked in a New York strip club? Or talk to Dina and Michael Lohan about daughter Lindsay?
Perhaps you’re curious about why original “Jersey Shore” cast member Angelina Pivarnick quit the show, or you’re wondering if Nayda Suleman, “Octomom,” can name all her children? Now, thanks to a new company called Dial-a-Star, you can ask away — but it’s going to cost you.
“Celebrities can charge whatever they want per minute and get to keep 50 percent of whatever they make,” company founder Gina Rodriguez tells me.
“Danielle Staub has been doing great with it. I also think recording artists will do really well. Imagine if Lady Gaga did it.”
So far, you can chat with either of Lindsay’s parents for $10 a minute, while Octomom and an ex-Charlie Sheen goddess will cost you $15 a minute. However, you must be willing to pay a whopping $18 a minute to get on the phone with Danielle Staub.
Rodriguez says the business model is working so well that there are even plans to expand with international calls — which must be great news for David Hasselhoff!
