On November 20, 2011, Brandy Daniels came to the Flamingo Strip Club in Dayton Ohio for an audition. Daniels told police that she wanted to make some extra money. While walking off the main stage Daniels accidentally bumped into Mike South.

According to the reporting officer J. Donohoo, South supposedly grabbed Daniels by her hair, pulled her close to his face and said, “Stupid fucking bitch, watch where you’re going.”

According to the police report, Daniels apologized to South and told him she was sorry and that she didn’t want to work there.

Daniels told police that when South grabbed her hair she thought he was going to hurt her. According to South’s statement to police, Daniels bumped into his [injured] leg but he didn’t touch her. South was issued a summons and the case continues June 4th.
