from www.crushable.com – You may not know the name Lee Roy Myers, but you definitely know his work: 30 Rock – A XXX Parody. Simpsons – The XXX Parody. Katy Pervy – The XXX Parody. The man has directed dozens of adult spoofs on popular celebrities, TV shows, and movies, so it’s fitting that he logged on to Reddit today to do an AMA.

Along with questions about how he got into the biz and his worst day on set (“Getting some guy’s cum on my new sneakers”), most of the queries were for Myers’ professional opinion on what pop culture offerings should get the porn treatment. When asked if he would try for the very meta Community, he said,

I have considered it. I will consider it. I like the show. Consider it considered. But, if I create it and then make fun of Chevy Chase and then get fired, my blood will be on your hands.

Yay for AMA people with a sense of humor! He also seemed pretty amenable to Firefly… that one I can’t get behind as easily since the show is so sacred to me. I think my best compromise would be his plan for tackling The Room:

It would for me. The Room is one of my favorite movies. But, it’s hard to make fun of a movie that is so ridiculous already. I would rather just get permission to remake it with porn stars and some sex scenes…some good sex scenes. Lots of male butt shots.

Myers made sure to also hit upon the movies that he doesn’t believe should get porn parodies. Glad to see he can show restraint and not just be in it for the cheap joke.

Cannot? No. Should not? Yes. And not because they are too precious (if it is a movie or TV show, it’s not too precious). I think some shouldn’t be touched because there is no possible way they could be enjoyable or arousing. Wouldn’t work: Sophie’s Choice, Mississippi Burning, or a board game like Battleship (suck that last one Hollywood).

I’d like to respectfully argue that he could easily make a porn parody out of the recent ridiculous action film Battleship. The acting is already wooden!
