from www.ocweekly.com – A jury trial is scheduled to begin in Santa Ana this morning for James Ray Guerrero, who not only hosted Bible studies in his Westminster home but, according to prosecutors, sessions where he showed porn to two boy relatives and masturbated them.

If convicted, the 53-year-old could spend the rest of his life in state prison.

The assaults are alleged to have occurred repeatedly from 2006 to 2009, beginning when each boy was 11. Guerrero is accused of warning both not to tell anyone what had happened.

One boy was 15 in July 2009, when he told family members that Guerrero had molested him. Westminster Police were contacted, and the investigation uncovered the second boy.

Guerrero is charged with seven felony counts of lewd acts upon a child under 14 and one felony count of distributing pornography to a minor. He also faces sentencing enhancement allegations for substantial sexual conduct with a child and lewd acts on more than one child
