According to my Chicago source, Mr. Marcus probably caught the syph from a Chicago-area stripper he did a scene with. The date of production is somewhere around March 2nd.

The stripper [I know her name but am holding on to that information for the time being] had a pretty bad rep at the club she was working at.

Apparently she gave several customers STDs and there were complaints.

My source tells me this was an open topic of conversation at Chicago Exxxotica in July. Which means that a good portion of the industry already had suspicions that Mr. Marcus caught something.
