I guess Larry Flynt’s acquisition of New Frontier Media isn’t sitting well with stockholders.

I may be losing count but so far former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe and the securities litigation firm of Powers Taylor, LLP are investigating the proposed New Frontier Media Buyout for shareholders.

Then we have the Law office of Brodsky & Smith LLC in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. lining up the disgruntled.

And in Washington D.C. there’s The law firm of Finkelstein Thompson LLP that’s soliticing a class action.

Meanwhile New Frontier Media, Inc. announced today that its board of directors was reelected at its annual meeting of shareholders held on October 18, 2012. Shareholders also ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013.
