With Kate Faber no longer around to kick to the curb, Michael Jackson now takes over as the key celebrity sex trial figure. And it only gets better. Now it’s learned that Jacko paid hush money to a second young lad after allegedly fondling him. https://adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=4148
California- Michael Jackson paid $2 million in hush money to a second boy who accused the King of Pop of fondling him in 1993, according to a new report.
California authorities investigating 1993 child molestation charges against the singer found a 12-year-old son of one of Jackson’s employees at Neverland who accused Jackson of fondling him through his clothes, according to tomorrow night’s “Dateline NBC.”
Jackson, 45, has denied molesting any child, including the 13-year-old accuser who first stepped forward and triggered the criminal investigation by Los Angeles and Santa Barbara law enforcement officials 11 years ago. Jackson eventually paid $20 million to that boy’s family.
But Jackson also paid $2 million to the second boy with the agreement that the terms of the settlement never be discussed publicly, according to “Dateline.”
Kevin McLin, Jackson’s spokesman, had no immediate comment yesterday.
The latest revelations are in addition to allegations that last year Jackson plied a 13-year-old cancer patient with booze, molested him and conspired to imprison the boy and his family at Neverland, the singer’s California ranch. Jackson has denied those charges.
Investigators in 1993 trying to find boys who could corroborate the 13-year-old accuser’s allegations uncovered the account of the 12-year-old, said Jim Thomas, who was the Santa Barbara County sheriff then.
“Primarily, what he would admit to was inappropriate touching – something which in California would be a misdemeanor kind of crime,” Thomas told “Dateline.”
“But what it did do is that it also helped corroborate the other victim. Because you had two boys we don’t believe had ever met giving us the same kinds of statements, saying the same things had happened,” Thomas said.
Investigators had also interviewed eight to 10 other boys who spent time with Jackson, sometimes in his bedroom. But they either refused to talk to investigators or told them nothing had happened, said Thomas, now an analyst for NBC News.
In the same “Dateline” report, Norma Salinas, an undocumented worker who said she was the 13-year-old accuser’s nanny in 1993, reveals Jackson shared a bedroom with the boy during a weekend sleepover.
“The boy’s stepmother told me to pull out the trundle bed that goes next to the boy’s bed because that’s where ‘Mr. Michael’ was going to sleep,” Salinas said.
“I entered the room the next day to do the housekeeping as I always do. I noticed that no one slept on the [trundle] bed because there were no signs of anybody having slept there,” she said.
Also yesterday, the judge in Jackson’s current case refused for a second time to lower his $3 million bail, citing evidence that the pop star once planned to flee to Brazil with his young accuser’s family.
