Mike Kulich in a DV-120 filed with the courts said that Rebecca Bardoux’s TRO filed against him had no truth to it. The judge in the case tossed the TRO. For good reason.

The only thing I can assess so far after looking at some of the documents Bardoux has supplied is that Kulich should have exercised better sense in the matter. [Maybe Stuart Wall should heed the example.]

Kulich does make a potentially damaging revelation in his statement to the court, but if the judge felt it had no bearing on her decision, so be it.
