Dallas, Texas – Katie Summers, star of the adult film industry (South Park XXX, Snow White XXX) has recently made a move into main stream media.
The Texas native has teamed up with a local production company from her home town to raise money for an independent passion project. The writer/director Anthony Cortez has been a lifelong friend of the starlet and has been working to get this movie into production.
“I am really excited to be working with one of my best friends,” says Katie.
“He (Cortez) and I have been talking about putting this film into production for years now. It’s a dream for both of us.”
Katie has wanted to move into the other aspects of movie production and has seized the opportunity to do so. Summers is nominated for Unsung Starlet of the year for the AVN awards and Performer Website of the Year for the XBIZ awards.
This year also marks the release of her biggest adult films to date by distributors such as, Hustler, X-Play and Sinister X Syndicate. This promises to be a very big year for the 23 year old. Getting a chance to
show more of her acting skills in this upcoming feature is a goal for the 2013 year “A challenging but obtainable goal.”
