From what I understand the Public Health Dept. isn’t too thrilled about having to enforce condom regs. That’s why Michael Weinstein is moving to create a separate City of Los Angeles Public Health Dept. to deal with the issue. He and AHF are holding a press conference this morning on the issue to create a ballot inititative.
