Performer Lylith LaVey has filed a lawsuit against Bang Brothers related to the Mr. Marcus syphilis incident. Good for you, Lylith. That’s great news.
Gotta give Lylith props for moving forward and not letting those pieces of shit get away with this. It’s one of the first of many lawsuits that are coming down the pipeline. Trust me on this. Remember, I have a girl who actually contracted syphilis from Mr. Marcus and I have the paperwork to prove it. Fortunately, Lylith didn’t actually contract syphilis. Lucky girl. I hope she prevails. I’m rooting for her.

“Performer Lylith Lavey has filed a lawsuit against adult film studio BangBros, alleging she suffered emotional distress after she allegedly became exposed to syphilis during a shoot with Mr. Marcus, according to a report.”
“Lavey, who hasn’t contracted syphilis, this week sued BangBros in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming the studio should have known that Mr. Marcus had the communicable disease. She said in the suit that she not only suffered emotional distress, but castigation from others in her industry as a result of the shoot.”
Which means people in the business shit on her for doing the scene.
“Plaintiff completed the scene with Mr. Marcus and subsequently found out that [Mr. Marcus] had syphilis,” the suit said.”
“Lavey separately filed a lawsuit against Mr. Marcus and won a default judgment from the veteran actor. Her suit against Marcus alleged fraud, negligence, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
“Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Amy Hogue, noting that Mr. Marcus “abandoned his defense of this case,” said that the porn actress “feels that her reputation in the adult film world has been diminished as a result of filming with [him].””
“Lavey’s alleged claims in both lawsuits stem from a June 24, 2012, BangBros shoot.”

Basically Frank Koretsky and his little scumbag bitch boy Adam Hasner are abandoning their DreamZone movies and comp movies from Evolution and starting a new line, so they can get out from under other lawsuits or whatever else is coming down the pipeline. They’re starting a new studio called Aire Rose Entertainment. If you read the press release, it has the Koretsky stench all over it.

Best talent? What’s different about Phoenix Marie and Chanel Preston? Both of them have starred in a bunch of Jordan Septo and DreamZone releases.
Again, what is the difference between DreamZone and Aire Rose? Same people, just a different name. Are all of you distributors gonna be conned into believing that this is some kid of high end production studio? It’s run by the same low end piece of shit Adam Hasner, directed by Jordan Septo, who made all the garbage movies for DreamZone and Extreme Comixx. How is anything gonna change?
Upcoming titles will call upon veteran actor/directors, including Sean Michaels, a release stated.

Sean Michaels has been in the business forever. I love Sean. Sean is a great guy. He was putting out movies with Evil Angel Buttman’s Choice, now he’s putting out movies through Adam Hasner and Frank Koretsky? I’m confused.

To make the world’s shittiest pornography? To make movies like One Flew Over The Cuckold’s Nest? Adam Hasner and Jordan Septo have driven every company they’ve been associated with into the ground.
