Chicago- A special education teacher at a South Side high school has been charged with criminal sexual abuse, accused of giving three teenage boys cash, alcohol and marijuana to have sex with her, police said Wednesday.

Senorita Walker, 33, has been suspended from her job at Robeson High School, 6835 S. Normal Blvd., officials said.

Walker, of the 7700 block of South Bishop Street, was arrested Nov. 3, one day after the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services received a call on its hot-line reporting the allegations.

She has been charged with three felony counts of criminal sexual abuse and her bail was set at $300,000, said Marcy Jensen, a spokeswoman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.

According to police spokesman Pat Camden, Walker had a three-month relationship with three boys, one 15 and two 16 years old, who are students at Corliss High School, 821 E. 103rd St.

Walker first approached the 15-year-old in June as he played basketball at Kohn Elementary School, 10414 S. State St., where she then worked, Jensen said. Walker gave the victim her phone number, and he eventually called, Jensen said.

“She arranged to pick up the first victim and a 16-year-old friend and drove them to her house for sex,” Jensen said.

Walker allegedly had sex with the 15-year-old and gave him $100.

Later, the woman allegedly took the 15-year-old and another 16-year-old friend to her house. She paid the 15-year-old $200 and had sex with both youths, Jensen said.

Later that day, she allegedly took the two boys to a hotel in Rockford and gave them alcohol and marijuana before having sex with them again.

Walker arranged meetings with the boys from June until August, Jensen said.

“Prosecutors are alleging that there were numerous sexual contacts in that time,” Jensen said.
