Former Penthouse Pet Ava Vincent was a guest on Jason’s Sechrest’s Young and The Curious show Friday night on KSEX.

During his news segment, Sechrest reported that Elegant Angel’s Compulsion is being released in time for the awards’ nominations. “They rushed it; they made it happen,” Sechrest reported.

“And everyone is saying it’s going to sweep the awards. It’s going to be this huge fucking deal.” Sechrest went on to report that it’s the first movie featuring Ashley Long under contract and the first time we’re going to hear Belladonna sing. [The movie’s theme, I’m Not Afraid.]

Kurt Lockwood, Vincent’s boyfriend plays the male lead. “The film’s writer-director Axel Braun had stellar props to give him,” said Sechrest, also reporting that Lockwood’s performance made Braun’s eyes water and that Braun couldn’t imagine casting someone else. Vincent is also in the movie.

Sechrest who compared Vincent to Sara St. James in the looks dept. on his last show, started off on that topic. Vincent said she looked St. James up on the web and she couldn’t see the similarities. Sechrest mentioned that he was going to have a Halloween movie fest at his place the week before and Vincent chimed in by saying that it was her favorite holiday. Ditto, Sechrest who laughed about Lockwood’s hounding him about doing his publicity while Sechrest’s trying to decorate his apartment for Halloween.

“That’s Kurt though,” Vincent laughed. “Kurt is on your ass.” Vincent acknowledged that Lockwood has more mellow days than others. Sechrest said if not for the fact that Lockwood was “so adorable” he’d have probably dropped him as a client.

“I think he’s the only client I’ve ever had who-if they get on my ass as much as he’s been at times-like I just don’t completely drop them.” Sechrest said he’s had to send Lockwood lengthy memos explaining how this is the way publicity is done. “And he’s so understanding once you explain it to him.” Sechrest attributes the angst to Lockwood’s being ambitious. “I wouldn’t have taken him on if I didn’t find that incredibly attractive. That’s great to have in a client.”

Without naming names, Sechrest said he has clients who expect to sit on their respective asses and have things magically happen. Vincent said Lockwood’s always working on things. Recapping the story she told on Conway & Steckler a couple of weeks ago, Vincent said she met Lockwood at a bank.

Vincent said Lockwood, who was already in the business, knew who she was. “He was a fan of mine.” Vincent explained that Lockwood had been on the hunt for her to do a scene together. Sechrest said he had no idea that Kurt had been a fan of hers.

Vincent found Lockwood very attractive at first, she said. “But I’ve been trained not to be interested,” she added, noting Lockwood’s persistence in chasing her. St. Patrick’s Day was their first date.

Another factoid: Vincent and Lockwood have sex every day. Sechrest wanted to know what it’s like to be fucked by Lockwood. Vincent painted a colorful picture. Vincent said she’d hope to get a nomination for Good Things, however. “Your performance was in Tricks-that’s why Best Actress would be for Tricks. Best Actress is for sex,” Sechrest added.

Sechrest said there was another project Vincent did, a 3D feature. But neither he nor Vincent could come up with the name of it. He thinks it’s The Naked Eye. Vincent said she was only in one scene of it. Sechrest is also of the belief Vincent and Lockwood should get nominated eventually for a Best Sex scene. Vincent thinks they’ve done maybe ten together, all told.

Vincent’s of the belief their best sex scene was for James Avalon in a New Sensations’ movie. “It was vignette movie, too. We did a kind of Eyes Wide Shut vignette.” Vincent didn’t know the title of that one. Lockwood’s also of the opinion, said Sechrest, that Vincent stands a good chance for Best Supporting in After Midnight from Sin City. “I don’t know if that role is big enough for best supporting,” she mused.

Vincent said she was born in Plasterville, California. Sechrest found that rather amusing. Vincent said it was near Hang Town, which probably explains Plasterville. “They used to hang people there [in Hang Town].” Asked if she stood a good chance of getting hanged, Vincent said probably during the witch trials. Vincent was also 16 when she lost her virginity. “It was at a summer camp,” she said. “We were attracted to each other. I was flirting with him; he was flirting with me. One night after everybody went to sleep we had sex in the tent.”

Philster, a caller-in said he had a copy of the May, 2003 issue of Lips magazine which features an 8-page Vincent layout. “It has Anna Malle on the cover.” Sechrest wondered why Malle would have been on the cover, not Ava. “Anna Malle is like 67 years-old. Why on earth would they have her on the cover and not Ava Vincent?” Sechrest wondered. “Anna Malle!? What the fuck! Who did she blow? And what is Lips Magazine anyway?”

Sechrest said Anna Malle was sweet for a 77 year-old. “She’s been around for awhile and is long in the tooth.” Philster said he saw Anna at the ECVS.
