On KSEX: The Fat Men Are Coming

If for a couple of different vowels and consonants, Harry Weiss could be Heidi Fleiss. But for the moment. p.r. man Weiss is a pretty good prognosticator. Weiss came within 17 votes of calling Mary Carey’s vote total in the gubernatorial election. Carey got 10,017 votes. Weiss figured 10,000 of the lunatic fringe would be heard from.
“I look at it this way- we were kicking numbers,” said Weiss. “What is it, 10 million people? Out of those numbers there’s got to be a percentage that are drunk and stupid, ‘yo, dude, I voted for the one with the big tits, ha-ha-ha.’ ” Weiss remembers telling someone that he was of the firm opinion there was 10,000 drunk and/or stupid people in California who would vote for her. “They were looking at me like I was drunk or stupid,” Weiss said. What’s even scarier, he said, is that those same people are driving cars and reproducing.

For calling the shot, Weiss was winner in the KSEX come-closest-to-the-Mary-vote pool. And as a first prize, Weiss gets to have his own show which debuts Thursday night in what he calls the critical 5 pm to 5:01 slot. Well, not exactly a prize for picking an election, since Weiss was going to have the show anyway. He’ll co-host it with porn star Dee and Porno Steve Seidman with whom Weiss has engaged in an occasional bout of sumo eight-ball in Don Hollywood’s rec room.

The title of the show is going to be something like Dee and The Fat Guys. At least that’s what Weiss wants to call it, noting the distinction that he’s the overweight guy and Seidman’s the Fat Man. Asked what the topics of conversation might be, Weiss said he plans on making fun of Seidman. “But, basically, it’s going to be topical stuff,” he said. “What I’d like to see is something about how the real world and porn affect each other, along with sex issues.”

Weiss said the topic of the first show will be recent elections versus recent erections- did you participate in either one. A subject which might necessarily rule out Seidman whose nickname is Mr. Softee.

Weiss has been both a friend and supporter of KSEX for some time and has had a number of his clients on the air. “Most recently Dee has been something of a regular and she expressed interest in co-hosting a show,” said Weiss, a long time friend of Dee’s over the years. “We get along great and I’m a little more loud and Wankus-y; and she’s obviously the beauty of the equation. Then Wankus decided to throw a curveball by putting Steve in there combining three pretty interesting, different personalities.” Weiss and Seidman engaged in some pretty lively repartee at Wankus’ football party Sunday, and Weiss indicated there will probably be generous flashes of that style.

Asked if Seidman was going to do more reminiscing about bars in South Jersey, Weiss said he was limiting discussions to the current and last centuries.
