Boy-Boyers Doing Boy-Girl

PORN VALLEY, CA – After reading and reporting a news item on Jason’s Newsdesk from the site JasonCurious.com, Setgo.com was recently contacted by adult starlet, Alaura Eden in response to an encounter in early September, where she allegedly was cut from a part on a Jill Kelly Productions [JKP] set because she didn’t want to work with male talent that had been previously involved in “gay porn” shoots.

JasonCurious.com site owner, Jason Sechrest told AdultFYI.com, “Talon [the male talent in question with many previous working names] did 2 or 3 movies and never actually had sex on camera. He just got his dick sucked. He’s gorgeous and had a huge following so they used his pics on a lot of box covers, but he did less then Julian did.”

Talon, who is TT Boy’s brother, gets a lot of love on JKP shoots because supposedly he’s a very good performer.

“Jill had known him for a very long time and is very supportive of him,” Sechrest said, “he’s an incredible performer and all the JKP girls like working with him.”

In regards to Eden, Jason said, “When she came up, acting like a diva, Jill just took a stance and instead of booking another guy, she booked another girl. She wanted to make a statement.”

Jason quoted Kelly when he said, “If you’re going to ostracize straight male talent because of a sexual experience they may of had with a guy on or off camera, you’re going to cut out 75% of the men in the industry. She can have sex with whoever she wants, but everyone else has the right to think it’s stupid.”

In regards to the events that day on set, Sechrest said of Alaura, “She was relinquished with ease, no one forced her to have sex with the man.”

This is a very common concern among many people in the adult industry. Men who currently work or have previously worked with other men on camera, do pose a higher risk of passing along life threatening diseases, especially in no-condom scene work with female talent. As a result of that fact, many females not only don’t want to work with them, they also feel that piece of information should be disclosed before shooting.

Eden said on SetGo, “I recently read something that has me confused and disillusioned and disappointed. I was referred to as narrow minded and seemingly anti-gay. This is related to my decision to not work with a male performer, one of many. I was hesitant to respond for fear of being alienated and ridiculed for my outspokenness, but if I am to give as much as I do to this business it would be an affront to all females in porn who sacrifice, gladly, to others scrutiny. If I am to suffer the same scrutiny from within the business I must speak out.

Jason Sechrest is gay and that is his sexual right in a governmental climate that neither supports gays or porn. I appreciate his choice as should he and mine with regard to who I choose to share myself for others. This anti-gay agenda is a safe guard to someone who is still a male in an obviously male dominated business, so his opinion and negativity should be viewed as such. Jill Kelly should appreciate and respect my choice as a female in a world that is sometimes perceived as predatory and exploitive. This mudslinging and threat of non-employment based on a personal and meaningful opposition is indicative of misogyny and manipulation.

I am in a relationship and still choose to do scenes unlike a lot of girls. I support their choice. This very well might be the dysfunction in the industry that people label us with. I work hard and celebrate sex for everyone and their choice, but don’t judge me for what I DON’T DO or you are no better than the rest of them, destroying the first amendment and our individual choice. Jason is a publicist, for that reason alone he should represent the adult world positively and not use his sexual preference as means to make me feel wrong. Any job isn’t worth it if you are made to feel guilty for not doing something, especially this line of work. Shame on Jason and shame on Jill Kelly. You are not one of us.”

When learning of the misunderstanding, Jill Kelly sent the following e-mail to Alaura:

ALURA I always respect talents choices if you remember I told you never do anything that you don’t want to do.
I never gave Jason your name and never would. I’m sorry he found out it was you but it wasn’t only you. I really like working with you and I think your decision was right because you must protect yourself from any STDs.

Again my apologies that you were singled out. If you know anything about me while I was talent, I worked with a very very small list. Jason is a reporter so he does his homework sorry you got in the middle.

Jill

Aside from that statement probably being the first time someone called Jason Sechrest a “reporter,” it seems as though Jill is compassionate to Eden’s views and agrees with them. The day on set, Kelly was just taking care of business and showing loyalty to someone she books more frequently.

Once again though, what should be done about this on-going problem? It IS a problem that concerns many female performers. It’s not going to go away. At one point, male talent Jason McCain was doing straight and gay scenes simultaneously and was allegedly doing some pretty nasty drugs as well. That combination of events is extremely dangerous. The inner-mixing of sexuality is a lot more common then many people may think. Even Kelly agrees with that sentiment, within the text of Sechrests’ story.

Eden told AdultFYI, “That is something I will stand up for time and again but for a company to “oust me from a set” for something I will not do, is too much. Most of their “contract girls” do not even do boy-girl scenes and could care less about the male talent that is hired–they don’t work w/ them. For whatever its worth I worked for JKP the next 3 days.”
