Whether you’re being de-listed by NASAQ or de-loused by San Quentin, frankly, it’s all the same.

In the case of Private Media, NASDAQ may be the least of Berth Milton Jr.’s concerns. The company’s third quarter results were just issued. Compared to this time last year, Private experienced a 16% decrease in Internet sales. Wireless sales have decreased by the same amount. DVD and magazine sales are down 38% over the same stretch.

Meanwhile, Milton and his company Private Media Group are also in a legal imbroglio.

Private’s in receivership as the result of a judge’s order in a Las Vegas lawsuit that pits litigating shareholders led by Consipio Holding BV, Tisbury Services Inc., shareholder Claudio Gianascio and shareholder and former CEO Ilan Bunimovitz against Milton.

The plaintiffs claim the company has been rocked by embezzlement, among other charges leveled against CEO Milton and former shareholders. If I were to make an educated case, I don’t think Milton has much to worry about on that score.

If you look at Milton’s Tarot cards [we signify him as “The Emperor”] they’ll tell you this is a man with regal bearing who isn’t ruffled by adversity, weathers the storm and plays to win. For The Emperor, failure’s not an option, and he can be quite imperious with his underlings.

A man who grew around authority figures, think of a someone whose mere annoyed stare could turn you to a pillar of stone or a heap of mush. Woe to those who would cross swords with The Emperor.

A man who pulls the strings, The Emperor generally gets what he goes after. Last week we did a reading for Manwin’s Fabian Thylmann [Read that story HERE] Thylmann is just a younger version of Berth Milton.

They share the same kind of business DNA. Whereas Thylmann’s more behind the scenes, Milton differs in that he makes his decisions more quickly, elects to be the “face man” and is one forever on the go. If you’re thinking of a successful mainstream counterpart to Milton it would have to be Richard Branson of The Virgin Group.

These are charismatic guys who know what it’s like to start small and build empires. Maybe the best kind of advice you could offer someone like Milton, who enjoys the action and limelight, is to take it easy for awhile and relax, but that’s not in his make up. There’s always a new deal on the horizon.

But slowing down is what’s called for in Milton’s cards, and nature has a way of getting that point across. As Woody Allen once remarked, “Death is nature’s way of telling you to slow down.”

We’re not saying that this will be the case with Milton, far from it, but there are higher powers always at work changing our plans. The advice to Milton is to “hibernate” like a bear and let others accept the brunt of the workload and responsibilities for the time being. He needs to delegate more.

If you believe in such things, Milton’s apparently one of those people who draws his power from the moonlight and is affected by its phases.

In his overall reading, Milton’s going to be the recipient of very good news between now and December 21st. There may be a birth in the family [no pun intended].

Almost as if by magic, Milton can actually will certain people to disappear. As sinister as that might sound, whatever occurs out of that, the result definitely puts a smile on his face.

My guess is there’s going to be cutbacks within the company and the realization that there was a lot of unnecessary spending to begin with. I see Milton weathering all storms legal or otherwise. Now let’s just see how the cards play out.
