MIDLAND, Texas – A young woman is suing two Abercrombie and Fitch employees, charging they took pictures through a peephole in a fitting room at a Midland store.
According to the suit, pictures of women changing were downloaded onto computers.
The suit says the plaintiff learned about the hidden camera pictures when an acquaintance told her that store employees were bragging about them.
Both men deny the claims. A spokesman for Abercrombie and Fitch says the company doesn’t comment on pending litigation. But the spokesman adds that a dressing-room cam would be grounds for immediate firing.
