Awards Ceremony Highlights
The inaugural Adult Game Fest awards ceremony was held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 5 p.m. PDT, within the Utherverse social metaverse platform. Ela Darling hosted the event, with DJ Psywentz continuing the celebration at the afterparty. Anna Lee, Adult Game Fest Executive VP, stated that the awards aim to provide opportunities to bring the adult gaming community together and celebrate their work, recognizing developers, creators, publishers, and innovators.
The awards included several juried categories, along with two special awards. The People’s Choice Award was determined by live voting from Adult Game Fest attendees throughout all three days of the convention. The Next Big Adult Game Award, presented by Nutaku, was based on the results of The Next Big Adult Game pitch contest, which was scheduled for Friday, September 25, at 2 p.m. PDT.
Winners Announced
Caribdis's Eternum was named Adult Game of the Year. Karryn’s Prison by Remtairy received the Excellence in Gameplay award. Caribdis also won the Excellence in Storytelling award for Once in a Lifetime. The Excellence in Art and Design award went to Incontinent Cell for !Ω Factorial Omega: My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend.
Eek! Games' House Party was recognized for Best Voice Acting/Vocal Performance. The Innovation Award was presented to Dot Stock Games for Goblin Hole. MeshedVR's Virt-a-Mate/VaM2 received the Immersive Experience Award. Zanith was named Rising Star Developer, and DrPinkCake was awarded Developer of the Year. Nutaku received the Best Publisher award, and Illusion was honored with the Industry Pioneer Award.
The People’s Choice Award went to Anaximanes Entertainment for Anaxverse.
The Next Big Adult Game Award, presented by Nutaku, recognized three titles:

- Second Place: Moving to the Free Use World — Dark Romance Interactive
- Third Place: Wet Dreams Spa — Xlyph Bara
