“Justin Syder’s upset because when John West shot his last two titles for us, Justin made a couple of phone calls to some girls to get them to work for John West. Those girls didn’t call my office for their money. He calls my office for their money, and Justin Syder is not an agent. I made it very clear every time he called that if so and so wants her money, tell her to call me. It’s $250 – come get your fucking check.

“He called Monday, I think,” Luv continues. “He was like cussing everyone out- like my sales rep answered the phone- and he started talking shit to my sales rep who has nothing to do with this any way. Then Oren got on the phone and Justin tried to cuss him out. And Justin said something, and Oren said you’re nothing but a cock for hire. And Justin said I’m going to get you. Whatever. But we’re not considering him an agent. If the girls want their money they can call and come get their money. That’s not problem- they don’t need to send Justin to come and get it for them.

“I know who I owe money to- I can name them right now and neither of these girls have called me to get their money,” says Luv. “Actually one of them did- and she’s coming in today to pick up her check. He’s just being a bitch because he doesn’t like the fact that he got called a cock for hire.”

I tell Luv I remember Syder e-mailing me about some situation perhaps similar to this weeks ago.

“We had fraud out of our bank account,” states Luv. [Which resulted in Anarchy filing a lawsuit.]

“It was not by our decision, but it’s the bank’s decision that they will not just cash a check- you have to deposit it,” Luv explains.

“And I don’t know if he just doesn’t have a bank account or if he just needed a hit right then. All he had to do was deposit the check in his account and it would clear the following day. But, no, he wanted to cash the check. And out bank doesn’t cash checks even if he goes to a check cashing place, they’re not going to cash it. And his opinion was if they won’t cash it, there must not be any money in the account. If he desposits it, and it’s authorized through our account, then the check will clear. So he’s upset that he couldn’t cash his check.”

“And he’s been continuoudly calling us and bothering us about the girls,” Luv goes on to say. “These girls that he referred to John West have nothing to do with him. I don’t care if he made a call and they did a scene because he called them. That wasn’t his job. Nobody hired him to book girls for John West. And if John West hired him,it was nothing our company knew of. And since John West is our director we should know that kind of stuff. Aside from that, he [Syder] came in here begging for work. He said, I have 80 scenes that have never been released that I’d love for you guys to distribute for me- I’ll take over John West’s line- he’s really irresponsible. He’s talking all this shit about John West and trying to take John West’s place.”

“And then he tried to go off on Oren and Oren’s not going to deal with that,” says Luv. “I’m not going to call these girls about their money. If it was that important to them, they’d be calling this office, not Justin Syder.”

Responding to another comment thrown in by “Joe” who said that Guy over at Anarchy was a “depressed, nervous, full blown drug addict,” Oren said, “Guy is a crackhead like Deon Giarrusso has real hair.”
