Then he tells Belinkie he’s run into some financial problems and can he please be let out of his contract, that he can’t afford it.

“Jon told him no,” Insider continues. “You signed the contract for six months, you pay. This kid is telling Belinkie his house is going into foreclosure. Belinkie still says no and tells Lucky Ass he’s going to sue him for $5,000. The kid said he didn’t have $5,000 and would struggle to get his house out of foreclosure. Then he told Belinkie I guess you’re going to have to sue me.”

“Lucky Ass has all these text messages and e-mails from Jon that are very unkind, very unprofessional. He wants to put them all out there to let eveyone know what he was dealing with.”
