from www.samesame.com.au – Many of America’s highest-profile and most popular all-male porn stars have taken away special awards in a glittering night of flesh and fantasy at the weekend.

Same Same’s roving photographer Ross was there to capture the action. He reports back: “Chicago has seen perfect weather with not a cloud in the sky and the temperatures in the 90’s this weekend and on the fahrenheit scale that is hot.

“Along with International Mr. Leather, the weekend featured the annual awards sponsored by the local free weekly publication called Grab Magazine called the Grabbys, which honour work done in the gay pornography industry.

“The Grabbys have been part of the Chicago calendar since 1991 and includes categories such as Best Movie, Performer of the Year, Best Actor, Hottest Bottom, Best Cum Scene, Hottest Cock (both cut and uncut) and many more.”

The evening was hosted by drag extraordinaire, DJ, and famed porn director Chi Chi LaRue, and included appearances by Matthew Rush, Diesel Washington, Adam Killian, Tony Buff, Austin Wilde and Wolfe Hudson and many kingpins of the industry making a visit to the Windy City for the star-studded event.

“The red-carpet included an appearance by Ru Paul’s Drag Race contestants Jade and Morgan McMichaels,” our snapper adds. “Diesel Washington arrived in a limo with his very proud mother in tow – this is the second major porn awards she has supported her son at.”

Four Hall of Fame Awards were awarded to Michael Brandon, Trevor Knight, Jason Ridge, and Dick Flamingo. The ceremony also included a porn industry first- a 3D clip from Whorrey Potter which was also nominated for Movie of the Year.

Top honours this year went to Raging Stallion Studios for their film Focus-Refocus which was awarded Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Group Scene, Best Director, Best Movie and Best Screenplay by Australian Dan Rhodes.
