A warrant has been issued for Dirty D’s arrest, according to Kristen Chernosky who represents the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement.
Chernosky spoke to XBiz.com informing them that when Dirty D arrives in the country back from a stay in Barcelona Florida authorities will charge him with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content.
Back story, February 26, 2010: TAMPA, Fla. — In an interview with XBiz.com, director Dirty D aka Michael Storm re-affirms Kelsey Cummings as the female performer in question involved in the police arrest of Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz.
D, in an email sent out December of 2008, first identified Cummings when the story was making its initial rounds.
In a new story appearing on www.tampabay.com today, Chastain, 36 and Holtz, 24, were reported as being arrested and charged with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.
They were later released on $20,000 bail. According to a Florida Department of Law Enforcement warrant, Chastain and Holtz were present at a house in Tampa when Cummings, supposedly 17, was filmed in two porn videos – one at the house and the other at Fantasy Land Adult Video, an adult theatre. Cummings was paid $500 for the “gloryhole” shoots.
According to the warrant, Chastain and Storm were present when Holtz asked Cummings if she had her fake identification. The website story goes on to report that Storm allegedly gave Cummings a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17.
Dirty D disputes the accuracy of the claim that Cummings was underage at the time and tells XBiz that Cummings, who allegedly used fake IDs, performed in numerous porn shoots with various adult producers before and after his shoot.
Dirty D, who claims Cummings presented a valid Florida driver’s license at the time of the shoot in question, goes on to say that Cummings also operates a blog that details her interest in working in porn and is married to a performer who has shot gay porn.
Dirty D, who currently is out of the country after visiting the Barcelona Summit adult convention, said that he expects to be arrested and charged upon returning to the U.S
State records list Chastain as chief executive of the Lone Knight Productions Inc., which he registered in Florida in 2005.
According to the XBiz story, Dirty D has denied the allegations by Cummings, saying that her statements are “completely false and inflammatory.”
XBiz reports that police were tipped to the case when they received a mailed letter that included copies of Cummings in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com, a site operated by Dirty D.
