As such, the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York has ordered our company, as well as any third party to cease and desist in all efforts to market, sell or otherwise distribute or exploit these titles.

Based on the foregoing, you are to cease and desist in marketing, distributing, manufacturing or otherwise exploiting these titles. You are to return to us all copies of these films and any materials related to these films in your inventory, care, custody or control and we will give you an appropriate credit for this. Please also provide us with a detailed report of the number of copies of the sold whether sold directly by you or any of your sub-distributors.

You are further instructed to notify any of your sub-distributors or other third parties to whom you have authorized to sell this product to stop doing so and to return all copies of these films and any materials related to the films in their custody to your office after which you will return them to us.
