New York- Actor Vincent Pastore, who played gangster and fan favorite Big Pussy on “The Sopranos,” assaulted his fiancee and left her on a SoHo street Saturday after the two got into an argument in his SUV, police said.

Pastore, 58, is wanted for a misdemeanor count of assault for slamming his fiancee’s head against the dashboard, pulling her out of his car by her hair and throwing her on Mott Street, police said.

Pastore and Lisa Regina, 44, were traveling in Pastore’s SUV to visit family in New Jersey at about 1:45 p.m when the argument began.

Regina called police and filed a complaint against Pastore. He is expected to turn himself in sometime this week, police said. Pastore could not be reached for comment.
