PHILADELPHIA – Alycia Lane www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=25636 has sued CBS in state court, demanding depositions to challenge her firing as KYW-TV news anchorwoman after a highly publicized incident in which Lane allegedly smacked a New York City police officer and called the officer a “dyke.”

Lane claims, among other things, that she did not smack the officer, did not make the statement, that CBS fired her before her 5-year contract ended in 2011, and before judgment in the pending criminal action was reached.
