HOUSTON – Jorge E. Garcia Jr., of JEG Advertising, on Texas Avenue in Houston, ejaculated on a young woman as she worked at her desk on her second day with the company, the woman claims in Harris County Court.

“Plaintiff was sitting at her desk doing the work she was given earlier that day when Mr. Garcia came up behind her,” the complaint states. “He asked (the plaintiff) to turn around, and when she did, Defendant proceeded to ejaculate onto her and her clothing.

Mr. Garcia apologized and stated that he did not mean to do that.” Plaintiff, represented by Ken Bigham Jr. of Schulenberg, Texas, seeks damages for assault and battery and intentional infliction of distress.
