Nails, who was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2025 and named AVN Best Male Newcomer in 2006, portrays Rogers as an "idiot savant" who "finds shit." Rogers is hired by an alien to locate a meteorite that can unlock sexual desires in sentient beings.

The film's narrative begins when a meteor crashes into Los Angeles, and an unsuspecting delivery driver, Jordi El Niño Polla, becomes involved. The meteor has an extraordinary effect on those who encounter it, unleashing their "most uninhibited, perverted desires." This event sets off a race to recover the object before its powers escalate. Randy Rogers, an "inept private investigator," finds his case becoming more complex than anticipated. He is joined by Miss Lexa, a "formidable cosmic bounty hunter," whose mission is to retrieve the meteor and restore order. The pursuit involves government agents, orgies, Hollywood insiders, and an "otherworldly queen" played by Madison Ivy.

Ricky Greenwood directed "Mega Perv." Matt Holder served as the Director of Photography, and Tommy Pistol was the assistant director. Kylie Ireland was the art director.
