Hoosier State – www.radaronline.com – One of Charlie Sheen’s ‘Goddesses’ Bree Olson appeared in court in Fort Wayne, Indiana Tuesday in connection with her DUI arrest last month, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Olson — a porn star whose real name is Rachel Marie Oberlin — appeared with her lawyer Randy Fisher before Judge Marcia Linsky at Allen County Superior Court.

No plea was entered by Olson’s lawyer and the judge set a date of April 26th to select a jury, while setting aside two days for a potential trial on June 8th & June 9th, assuming the case isn’t resolved before then.

A court official told RadarOnline.com: “The case will not go to trial if she pleads guilty before these dates, but that did not happen today.”

The 23-year-old was pulled over by Fort Wayne Police Department at 11:20 pm on Thursday, February 3rd, on suspicion of DUI while driving a black Lexus.
She was then held at the Allen County Sheriff office until 3 pm the following day.

Olson is was one of the five women who partied with Sheen at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas in January during Sheen’s bender in the $40,000-a-night Fantasy Tower suite before subsequently moving into his Los Angeles mansion along with Sheen’s other girlfriend Natalie Kenly.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Two and a Half Men star flew a private jet to Fort Wayne, just after Christmas to spend time with his Olson, but he did not accompany her to court Tuesday morning.
