from www.examiner.com – Moonlite Bunny, Brooke Phillips was not supposed to have died on Nov. 9 th. It seems she was in the wrong place, at the wrong time, a police source told RadarOnline.com on Thursday.

David Allen Tyner is the man accused of killing Phillips and five others, including two unborn children. Officials say the bodies had all been shot and killed before the house went up in flames.

RadarOnline.com reports:

“According to the search warrant obtained by RadarOnline.com, the house was filled with evidence it doubled as a drug den — including a wealth of firearms and drug paraphernalia. A digital scale, divided amounts of marijuana, 53 sandwich-size zip-close bags, 46 gallon-size zip-close bags, two large pieces from a roll of heat-seal bags were all recovered
from the location, according to police. Also retrieved from the crime scene were house casings from two guns, two box knives, a folding knife, a lighter, ammunition, and $221 in currency and coins.”

It was recently discovered that Brooke Phillips also had another child when she was just fifteen years old, a six year old daughter that lives with her aunt in Oklahoma, while Phillips lived at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch. Phillips was entangled in a custody dispute with the father of her six year old, D’Andre Early. He learned of Phillips death through the media, although he hasn’t seen his daughter for three years, he was pushing for visitation and custody rights.

D’andre Early says, “I want to just get my daughter back and try to live a normal life.” Early told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. Early fears that his daughter has seen news reports. “I hate seeing Brooke on the news repeatedly and named as a prostitute. I have a 6 year old who has to see her mother like that.”

Iraq war veteran David Allen Tyner surrendered to police on Tuesday, after he was named the main suspect. Friends of Tyner have told RadarOnline.com that the reports on Tyner doesn’t sound like the former Marine they know. They say he is a “really good guy.” That he might be suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Police still do not have a motive for the violent crime.
