from www.cdc.gov – Like all sexual activity, oral sex carries some risk of HIV transmission when one partner is known to be infected with HIV, when either partner’s HIV status is not known, and/or when one partner is not monogamous or injects drugs.
Even though the risk of transmitting HIV through oral sex is much lower than that of anal or vaginal sex, numerous studies have demonstrated that oral sex can result in the transmission of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Kink.com apparently begs to differ when they told XBiz: At kink.com, the Gay (I.e. male/male material aimed at a gay male audience) side of the industry is indeed condom-only for all penetrative sex. This requirement does not cover oral which carries a negligible risk for HIV transmission. But as with all Kink shoots, even something like oral is negotiated in advance by the performers.
Like I said when Diane Duke stated publicly that Isadore Hall didn’t know what he was talking about when it came to HIV and how PASS’ panel of three experts [pictured] knew better, boy doesn’t Duke & Co. make CDC look like fools.
